Terms and Conditions – B9 APK Gaming Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and B9 APK ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Access to and use of the B9 APK website, mobile application and all associated services is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms.

By completing registration on B9 APK, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to comply with them. 02 Eligibility

To register and use the B9 APK platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be the account holder and be acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.

• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed B9 APK account. Opening a second account to bypass a suspension or closure is a breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

B9 APK reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If satisfactory documentation is not provided when requested, the account may be restricted or closed and any balance held pending review.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on B9 APK. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by matching name, address, phone number, device fingerprint, payment method or IP address — will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances or winnings being voided pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and any other information required during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without return of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. B9 APK will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

B9 APK reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at registration, on first withdrawal request, or at any point during your use of the platform. Verification may require submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method confirmation. Accounts will remain restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on B9 APK are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfers
• Debit and Credit Cards — where supported by your card issuer

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. Deposits are generally credited to your balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks before processing. B9 APK does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Processing times vary by method and are indicated at the point of withdrawal request.

B9 APK may delay or refuse a withdrawal if there is an active investigation into the account, if the account has not completed identity verification, or if the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and asked to provide any required documentation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

B9 APK offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, bingo card credits and VIP rewards. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. These specific terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on B9 APK unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the wagering requirement has been met are withdrawable.
• B9 APK reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts or exploitation of identified loopholes — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Free bet credits apply to sports markets only and cannot be used in the casino, bingo or game lobby sections unless specifically stated.

If you are unsure whether a specific action will qualify for a bonus or whether you have met the wagering requirements, contact support before making a withdrawal. Once a withdrawal is requested, any remaining bonus balance and associated wagering progress may be forfeited.

06 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on B9 APK are subject to the platform's betting rules, which are published alongside each market. The following general rules apply across all sports betting activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet slip is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed regardless of subsequent market movements.
• B9 APK reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error in odds — for example, where odds were clearly set at an incorrect level due to a technical or human error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and may vary by sport, competition and market type.
• Live betting (in-play) markets are available for selected events including PSL matches, T20 internationals and major football fixtures. In-play bets are subject to additional rules regarding settlement timing and event interruptions.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules as published. In most cases, postponed events that are not rescheduled within a stated window will result in bets being voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket bets — including PSL and T20 markets — follow cricket-specific settlement rules covering rain interruptions, D/L method outcomes and match abandonment. These are detailed in the cricket betting rules section of the platform.
• Accumulators and multi-leg bets require all legs to be settled before the overall bet is resolved. If one leg is void, it is typically removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs stand.

B9 APK monitors betting activity for patterns that suggest match manipulation, arbitrage abuse or bot-assisted betting. Any account found to be engaging in such activity will be suspended and relevant bets voided.

07 Casino & Games

The B9 APK casino section — including Live Casino tables, slots, bingo and the game lobby — operates using games supplied by third-party providers. These providers use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer operations conducted under standard industry protocols.

By playing any casino game on B9 APK, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified RNG or by live dealing — not by B9 APK directly.
• The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the provider and is available within the game's information panel.
• Casino winnings are credited to your main account balance and are withdrawable subject to standard verification procedures.
• If a technical fault, disconnection or error occurs during a game session, the round outcome will be determined by the game provider's server logs. B9 APK will not be liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end.

08 Acceptable Conduct

Players are expected to use the B9 APK platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches or technical vulnerabilities in the platform, games or payment systems.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any game format where such collusion provides an unfair advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts or using a third party's account to circumvent restrictions, bonuses limits or suspension.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward support staff or other users.

Any funds associated with prohibited conduct — including deposits, bonuses and winnings — may be withheld pending investigation and forfeited if a breach is confirmed.

09 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your B9 APK account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login details with any other person, and ensuring that you log out of your account on shared devices.

B9 APK recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact support. B9 APK will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel.

10 Suspension & Account Closure

B9 APK reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or financial crime.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for other reasons — such as player request or inactivity — any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard processing timelines.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Players who have active self-exclusion in place will not have that exclusion lifted before the agreed period ends, regardless of any subsequent request to reopen the account.

11 Limitation of Liability

B9 APK provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses caused by:

• Technical interruptions, server downtime or connectivity failures beyond our reasonable control.

• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the player's failure to secure their credentials.

To the maximum extent permitted, B9 APK's liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the transaction directly giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind.
